OnGEO is Headed to Esri Conferences
Does GIS technology and the future of its role in education pique your interest? If you are in the San Diego area in the beginning of July, you should consider attending one or both the Esri Education Summit and the Esri Annual User Conference! These conferences provide the opportunity to learn the most current tools and applications of GIS, relating to the world of education and many other disciplines.
At the Esri Education Summit, July 6-9, GIS educators around the world to showcase their work and promote their programs. Whereas the ESRI User Conference, July 8-12, showcases the latest GIS tools and applications.
onGEO’s Dr. Yi Shi is excited to attend both conferences, as he looks for new materials to incorporate into the professional courses. If you are attending the Academic GIS Program Fair on Monday July 8, be sure to stop by the exhibit booth promoting MSU onGEO and the MSU Department of Geography, Environment, Spatial Science!
